Yes I was a student at Proctor high school when Mr Thompson wa our principle. I think of him as a kind and caring man. It happens my family also went to Tabernacle Baptist church and remember seeing him sitting in the back pew always observing. I guess people thought it unusual for an Italian family belonging to a Baptist church. But that was so. I think he was a good man.
